Urban kennel · Montreal

Athleticism is not an accident.

Élevage Atlas selects and structures Doberman and Weimaraner lines for their health, silhouette and discipline — not for litter volume.

Our method

Two breeds. One standard.

We don't diversify to multiply litters. Doberman and Weimaraner share the same requirement: clean bone structure, stable temperament, working intelligence. Knowing two lines well beats skimming ten.

Every breeding dog lives with us, trains with us, and only enters the program after completing the full screening protocol. An Atlas puppy is never a gamble — it's a documented extrapolation.

What never moves

Three standards, no exceptions.

They apply to every litter, regardless of the puppy, regardless of the buyer.

01

Complete genetic screening

Hips, elbows, heart, eyes and DNA panel on both parents before any breeding. Results handed over directly, never summarized.

02

Early behavioral structure

Imprinting protocol from day three, neurological stimulation, controlled exposure to surfaces, sounds and urban environments.

03

Support after placement

Behavioral consultation included for the first thirty days. An Atlas dog that can no longer be kept comes back to us, at any age.

Our breeds

Doberman and Weimaraner, nothing else.

Two athletic breeds with a sculptural silhouette, chosen for their working intelligence and their loyalty without excess. They need structure — not severity.

Our Doberman lines aim for balance between power and refinement. Our Weimaraner lines prioritize endurance and precision of gaze, inherited from their pointing-dog history.

The process

From first inquiry to going home.

Structured questionnaire

Lifestyle, dog experience, living situation, goals (companionship, sport, protection). We decline a match that doesn't hold up — even if the litter is full.

Meeting by appointment

Facility visit, meeting the parents, full health records presented. No transaction closes without this step.

Reservation and matching

$750 deposit confirms your spot. Puppy-to-family matching follows temperament testing at week six, not the color chosen from a photo.

Going home at eight weeks

Vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, examined by our veterinarian. Complete file provided, including both parents' screening results.

A litter is currently being placed.

Our litters fill before birth. If a Doberman or Weimaraner from Atlas is part of your plans this year, now is the time to start the conversation.
